FAQ’s

Where are you based?

I am based in Worthing, West Sussex but can travel depending on location and type of shoot.

Do you require a deposit?

To secure the time and date for your shoot, I do ask for a deposit of  25% which is non refundable and taken off your final bill.

How many images will I receive?

This depends on the type of shoot you are after and the amount of time you'd like me shooting for but this will be discussed beforehand.

When will I receive my finished prints?

I aim to get back to you within four weeks after the date of shooting as the editing process I like to use can be quite time consuming in order to get the best outcome. If photographs are needed sooner, this can be done but will have an extra charge.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

For both cancellations and rescheduling I ask for 12 hours notice. If you are rescheduling, your deposit will be held and moved to the new date until the service has been fulfilled. If you are cancelling, I'm afraid you will lose your deposit but  given the amount of time before the cancellation, I may be able to offer a partial refund but this is not definite.
